Hate to see it the sentinel is one of the most satisfying guns to use for me personally hopefully they get it fixed and don't just remove it again!
I can 100% confirm this works on Pathy, Mirage, Maggie, Bang, Rev, Octane.
It seems the requirement for this is the legend must be doing some action in their left hand, that mostly allows their right (gun) hand to be free to use (with the exception of Pathy for some reason).
I tried this on Ash, Blood, Life and caustic as well with 0 success.

Tbh the pathy glitch is easier – no they shouldn’t remove the gun they should just remove the amp up because that is what had the most problems thanks for the content
